Side channel pumps of the KCD series are used for pumping clean and slurry liquids without abrasive components and are primarily used in the following applications

  • power engineering for pumping condensate and boiler feed water
  • refrigeration technology for pumping liquefied gas
  • beverage industry for pumping distillates
  • horizontal, self-priming side-channel pump with the ability to pump gas together with the liquid, sectional casing design with inlet impeller
  • side channel pumps up to 100 bar possible in can design
  • double mechanical seal, in back-to-back arrangement or in tandem arrangement
  • high pressures, self-priming capability and low power-to-weight characteristics allow a wide range of applications
  • pumps are designed for heavy-duty use in difficult suction conditions
  • grey cast iron
  • ductile iron
  • stainless steel
