Apollo Gößnitz GmbH has successfully developed, manufactured, and delivered two cooling medium pumps for an offshore application in Norway. The pumps are for use on a platform and were specially designed for high offshore requirements. The pumps are characterized by their high performance and reliability, thereby increasing the safety and efficiency of the plant.

Apollo supplied two cooling medium pumps for this purpose, a single-stage, axially split process pump (similar to BB1, API 610) Apollo-type ZMLK-300/315. The process pump delivers 1400 m³/h of cooling medium (30%TEG/70%water) over 48 m. The pumps have been carefully tested and inspected on the Apollo test bench.
