Apollo supplied a nanofiltration desulphurization system. The system consists of ready-to-connect subsystems including fittings and measurement technology as well as a high-pressure pump skid. A central component of this delivery is a high-pressure pump type HPB from Apollo Gößnitz in accordance with API 610, type BB4. This multi-stage high-pressure pump forward 100 m³/h of brine through the nanofiltration systems. Due to the aggressive brine as the pump medium, the pump was designed in duplex material. The system is equipped with titanium fittings and PN63 titanium pipes size 2. All necessary production steps were carried out by Apollo, including welding in a protective atmosphere.

This nanofiltration system was successfully commissioned at the site of a German chemical company.
