New Order for Water Injection Pump

We are excited to announce a new order for water injection pump.

Innovation and collaboration are essential for addressing the complex challenges in the oil and gas industry. 

We are pleased to announce that we have received an order for a water injection pump: a horizontal, multistage high-pressure pump in barrel design with a back-to-back rotor, in accordance with API 610, type BB5. This pump will be utilized in the Symra tie-in to the Ivar Aasen platform. We will be collaborating with our Norwegian partner, Delta-p Pumpe og Kompressor Systemer AS, on this project.
 
The Symra oil and gas field is being developed as a subsea tie-back to the existing Ivar Aasen platform, requiring significant modifications to the platform. 
Aibel is performing these modifications on behalf of Aker BP ASA. The Ivar Aasen platform will handle the initial processing of Symra production before transfer to the Edvard Grieg platform for further processing and export.
  
Apollo Gößnitz GmbH also collaborated with Delta-p to develop and manufacture various process pumps for the Ivar Aasen and Edvard Grieg projects.
