Cooling water pump skid for sustainable plastic production

Apollo Gößnitz supplied a fully pre-assembled cooling water station equipped with a heat exchanger and two vertical inline pumps (KIVR type).

We designed, manufactured, and delivered a fully equipped cooling water pump skid for a modern production plant manufacturing environmentally friendly, sustainable, high-performance plastics. This system provides reliable process cooling, contributing to the plant's energy efficiency and operational safety.

Complete cooling water station – developed and manufactured from a single source

The system implemented by Apollo consists of a fully integrated cooling water station with the following components:

  • a highly efficient heat exchanger
  • two vertical inline centrifugal pumps of the Apollo KIVR type
  • fully pre-assembled piping systems, including fittings, check valves, and shut-off valves
  • precisely integrated measurement and instrumentation technology (pressure, temperature, flow)
  • a connection box with complete internal cabling 

Thanks to its compact skid design, the unit can be easily integrated into existing infrastructure. All components are designed for maximum ease of maintenance, a long service life, and energy-efficient operation.
